We develop specialised training programmes on disability in a wide variety of areas—education, social services, health, employment and community—with a comprehensive approach based on international best practices.
We work in a number of countries, which allows us to incorporate global perspectives and adapt to different cultural, regulatory and social realities. Through these training programmes, we support institutions, professionals and work teams in building more inclusive, accessible and diversity-friendly environments, providing up-to-date knowledge, practical tools and effective strategies to improve the care, participation and well-being of people with disabilities. We are committed to promoting an international vision that drives inclusion from multiple contexts and strengthens the skills of those who work directly with this population.
They can be carried out online, allowing access to live content from anywhere in the world; in person, travelling to the location or country of the interested party to offer training in their own context; or by hosting them at our facilities in Spain, providing the opportunity to train directly with our team in a specialised and enriching environment. This flexibility allows us to adapt to the needs and preferences of each institution or professional, always guaranteeing a comprehensive, practical and high-quality learning experience.
Our online training courses are always delivered live, without automated platforms or pre-recorded videos, ensuring real and close contact with the teacher throughout the learning process. This model allows questions to be answered instantly, the pace and content to be adapted to the needs of the group, active participation to be encouraged, and a more dynamic and personalised environment to be created. Thanks to this continuous interaction, participants obtain a more effective and motivating training experience that is aligned with their professional objectives.
Do I have to choose just one training course?
It is not necessary to sign up for a single course or limit training to a single area. Our content is cross-disciplinary, which means that training courses can integrate different areas within the same programme: disability, communication, specific care and specialised advice.
We adapt the content flexibly, combining the topics that best respond to the real needs of each institution or team. Knowing the approximate number of hours you wish to teach and the syllabus, we develop a fully customised, coherent and balanced project that allows different perspectives to be addressed without losing depth or quality. Our goal is for each training course to be unique, meaningful and tailored to the context and purpose of those who receive it.
